HOW TO ORDER
Some hints and tips which should help you when ordering from Laroch Foods' Online Shop
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
If you know what you want to order go to the ONLINE SHOP, chose the Category (e.g. Smoked Salmon) and then browse through the various Products until you find what you want. Don't forget to look for any Special Offers or Bulk Buys which may be of interest. You can also use the SEARCH facility to find any particular type of product or by using the order code from our mail order brochure.
LOOKING FOR IDEAS?
Have a look through our products section, choose the category of product you are interested in and click for more details. This will display all the products in the selected category. Look under Giftpacks for ideas of mixed packs which make great presents as well as being a good deal.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Select the product and the required quantity and then click "Add to Basket". Add further products to the basket, if you wish, until you have everything you want. Then click on ‘View Basket’ where you can adjust the quantities using the 'Plus' and 'Minus' buttons. Then click on the ‘Checkout’ button where you will be asked to specify the country of delivery so that any additional postage (for delivery outside the UK) can be added. Once chosen you will be asked for your name & contact details. If the delivery is to an alternative address please click the box at the top and add the additional information. (If you go back to add items at this stage you will have to re-enter all address details when you come back to check-out. )
You are asked to choose when you want the order delivered and then you have to accept the terms and conditions. Purchase Now will take you to our secure payment page. Please note that MasterCard and Maestro cardholders may be asked to enter an additional security password.
HOW MUCH TO ORDER
It all depends on how you are going to serve the product but I allow 50g (or 2 oz) per person for a starter or lunch, and 100g (4oz) for a main meal. If you want to make it go further then include green or mixed fruit salads, warm potato salads, egg, bread and butter etc. and you can reduce the amount of fish or meat .
ORDER FOR THE FREEZER
Our Bulk Orders are popular with customers, many of whom join with a neighbour to place an order for delivery to a single address, thereby achieving a saving. Ideal for planning ahead for family get-togethers, holidays, parties etc.
DISPATCH
Generally, you should allow 3-5 days for processing your order, although we will do our best to fulfil ‘panic’ orders! All our produce is vacuum packed for freshness and dispatched by First Class Letter Post, Air Sure Small Packet or International Signed For.
Advice on how best to store and serve our products is dispatched with each order. Additional costs for postage to countries in Europe and Canada is added to your order when you place the order. Recent postal restrictions and world events has meant that we cannot dispatch to the United States of America. Australia and New Zealand do not accept smoked foods by post.
