Superior quality smoked Scottish Salmon is always a welcome sight at the dinner table or as a surprise gift. However, there is much, much more: Kippers, Smoked Trout, Eel, Halibut, Gravad Lax (marinated as they do in Scandinavia), even Cod’s Roe and Pâtés, make interesting alternatives to the traditional Salmon. There are also Hot Roasted Salmon and Trout, which are rapidly gaining in popularity.

The smoked meats and game make a lovely starter or main course and you can chose from Smoked Duck, Scottish Venison, Hot Smoked Pork, Smoked Chicken  as well as Smoked Argyll Ham. To finish a lovely meal there are the Taste of Gigha cheeses. Our Smoked Nuts are absolutely delicious, and very 'more-ish'  with the pre-dinner drinks!
