Terms & Conditions for the Laroch Foods’ Online Shop

ORDERING
Orders can be placed via the Website, post, fax, telephone or e-mail. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct name and address including postcode. You will have to accept these Terms & Conditions before your order can be processed. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
PRICES
The prices quoted include packing and postage by First Class Letter Post to  UK addresses. Posting to any address outside the UK will incur additional costs. Additional cost for postage to countries outside th UK is added when ordering. All prices are in GBP. Where applicable the price quoted includes UK VAT at the current rate.
BULK ORDERS
The Bulk Order option requires that the whole order be delivered to one address.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque, credit and debit cards. The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo.
If you order via the Online Shop you  pay via the secure payment system provided by SECPAY. Your Credit Card is debited when the order is placed.
SECURITY
The payment area of this web site is protected by 128bit SSL security. Transactions are encrypted.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY 
Generally, you should allow  5 days for processing of the order, although we will do our best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible.  Please let us know if the order is urgent and we may be able to suggest alternative methods of delivery.
Orders for delivery in the UK are normally dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We do not dispatch for delivery on Saturday or Monday; this is to avoid the products being held up in the post over the weekend. Dispatch for addresses outside the UK is normally Monday.
All products are offered subject to availability. If we do not have the product available we will contact you to discuss an alternative. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to replace a product with one of equal quality and equal or higher value.
We dispatch using First Class Letter Post to the UK and via  the 'Air Sure' or 'International Signed For'  services for countries outside the UK. Delivery in the UK is normally (outside the Christmas period) next day. To destinations outside the UK it  normally takes 3 to 5 days.

COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DO NOT DISPATCH
There are  countries to which we are unable to dispatch. This is mainly due to postal and import restrictions or the reliability of the postal system. We are not able to dispatch to USA, New Zealand and Australia.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or pass on any customer details to third parties. We are registered under the Data Protection Act.
SATISFACTION
We aim to provide an excellent level of personal service to our customers. If you have any questions, suggestions or complaints please contact us so that we can have the opportunity to resolve the issue. If there is an issue with a product we will refund or replace without questtion.
